Maap Technology is an Electronic Manufacturing Service company specialized in high end product with mixed technology, multi chip module, chip on flex, chip packaging and three dimensional (3D) assembly, serving electronic card, medical, communication, consumer electronics and defense industries. The company was formed in May of 2002 by Mr. Mark Zand, with emphasis on service, quality and technology.

Manufacturing
Full service EMS company from prototyping to production run. Electronic miniaturization, chip/MEMS packaging, mixed technology with bare die & SMT. Low profile, dense assemblies on Flex circuit. ISO 9001 is in process.
Product Design
Complete product design, Hardware, Software, prototyping and proof of concept. 3D printing and SLA for quick prototyping and short time to market.
Solution Provider
Providing cost reduction, quality and yield improvements. Mitigating obsolescence and component shortages. Custom chip packaging and system on package.
Process
Full SMT line, chip on variety of substrates “FR-4, Flex, Ceramic” and chip material such as Silicon and GaAs. Wire, Ribbon bonding, services using gold wire, Aluminum from 0.0007 diameter wire to 0.005 inches. Flip chip process and tab bonding.
